This is our story - how we came to be your hosts at Cherry Haven

Rod & Christine are the founders of Cherry Haven. Before settling down in the Yarra Valley, their life was dedicated to serving remote communities throughout the world as missionaries where there were no roads and travel was possible only by using aircraft. Rod was a pilot for MAF and assisted in meeting the needs for churches, medical needs, education, government services, building supplies, mail, and people. |

They then chose to raise their four daughters, Rachael, Hannah, Miriam and Naomi in Wandin, Victoria because there was access to a good Christian school, a fantastic church, and all the benefits that come with living in Australia. Our regulars may remember seeing these familiar faces working on the farm! |
Naomi and her husband Jordan took over management of the family business in 2017 to be joint-owners with Rod & Christine. |

Jordan & Naomi also run a construction company and their cattle-farm in Flowerdale, raising their two children.
